I will demur, as I fear it is too dramatic for your collective emotional sensibilities. But I would suggest again that you all purchase a centerpunch or a small hammer, which may come in handy should the dual misfortunes of A) total failure of the electrical system, and B) a catastrophically-damaged drivers'-side-door simultaneously occur, while smoke pours through the air vents and flames lick at the windscreen.
